Dawgs Headed Back To The Rose Bowl

The Huskies are headed back to Pasadena, as the Washington football team will take on Ohio State in the Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual on New Year's Day.
The Huskies will be making their 15th appearance in "The Granddaddy of Them All," which is tied for the third-most in the game's long history. Kickoff on January 1 is 2:00 p.m. PT.
Washington, which beat Utah 10-3 Friday at the Pac-12 Championship, will be playing in a bowl in a ninth straight season. Remarkably, over those nine years, the UW has earned berths in nine different bowls, with no repeats. The 2019 Rose Bowl will be the Huskies' 39th bowl-game appearance.
Ohio State will also be making its 15th Rose Bowl appearance, but the Huskies and Buckeyes have never squared off in Pasadena. UW and OSU have played one another 11 times in a series that dates back to 1957, but all 11 meetings have come in the regular season. The two teams are already scheduled to meet in the 2024 (in Seattle) and 2025 (in Columbus) seasons.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: Current Husky Football season ticket holders can request a total of 12 tickets. The deadline to request tickets is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3. Requests will be fulfilled in Priority Point rank order.
UW STUDENTS: Dawg Pack members may request up to 2 tickets. The deadline to request tickets is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3. Requests will be fulfilled via random lottery.
GENERAL PUBLIC: Pending availability, any remaining tickets in the UW sections will go on sale to the public at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4.
