
Former Husky Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan Reaches ATP Top 100

In today's ATP Tour doubles rankings, former Washington men's tennis team member Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan rose seven spots to come in at No. 100 in the world, marking his first top 100 ranking in his career.
As a Husky from 2008 to 2011, Nedunchezhiyan finished with 86 career doubles wins, finishing as the program's all-time leader. Graduating with 83 career wins in singles, good for ninth in school history, his combined 169 total victories make him the fifth winningest player at Washington ever. The 28 year-old from Chennai, India was an All-Pac-12 First Team member in 2009, and was named to the second team in 2010 and 2011.
Neducnhezhiyan is now the second former Husky to be ranked in the top-100 in doubles and has earned the second-highest ATP doubles ranking, with the highest ranking owned by Robert Kendrick at 77th.
