
First Day Of Jack Kramer Invitational In The Books

SEATTLE – The Washington men's tennis team finished up the first day at the Jack Kramer Invitational today with two rounds of singles and a round of doubles.
In singles, four of the six Huskies playing in the round of 64 won their matches, with six advancing total as Jake Douglas and Enzo Sommer had byes. Two Huskies remain as Sommer and Douglas won their round of 32 matches.
Two Husky doubles teams received first round byes, as the other two fell in their opening matches.
Meanwhile in Pensacola, Florida, Gal Hakak and Mitch Stewart practiced for the last time today before beginning play tomorrow at the Pensacola Futures Championship.
