2008 (As A Senior)
ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VIII first team honoree ... Pac-10 All-Academic first team selection ... finished her career with the fourth-most strikeouts in UW history (757) ... went 13-9 with 2.51 ERA and 152 strikeouts in 150.2 innings pitched ... threw three shutouts and 15 complete games ... made 33 appearances in the circle, including 26 starts ... ninth in the Pac-10 in Ks and seventh in batters struck out looking (55) ... had two double-digit strikeout performances ... struck out nine batters twice and eight batters three times ... started the year out with a four-game hitting streak ... struck out 10 in the first game of the season against Loyola-Chicago (Feb. 8) ... that same day earned the win against Texas Tech after scattering six hits, giving up just one run and striking out six in a complete-game effort ... also went 2-for-4, with two runs scored and an RBI in the game ... struck out eight in five innings of work against UNLV (Feb. 10) ... also hit 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored in the game ... had her second double-digit K performance of the season against Texas State on Feb. 15, finishing with a season-high 11 ... earned the win in the Huskies 8-0 victory over Southern Utah the next day, allowing just four hits and no runs in five innings ... at the Lobo Invitational in February, pitched 25 of the possible 26 innings for the UW, going 3-1 with 23 Ks, and pitched a complete game shutout with eight Ks in the Huskies 6-0 win over Missouri ... also hit a two-run double in the game vs. Missouri ... struck out eight batters and allowed only three hits in the Huskies 10-2, five-inning win vs. Portland State on Feb. 29 ... at the Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament in Hawaii (Mar. 6-9), went 2-0 with a 2.10 ERA and 10 Ks in 10 innings ... ... earned the win against Northern Illinois (Mar. 14) after giving up six hits and one earned run in five innings ... tallied her 11th win of the season two days later against Utah State, scattering three hits and striking out nine in six innings of work ... struck out nine batters in seven innings vs. Long Beach State on Mar. 21 ... pitched two innings of scoreless relief against ASU on May 2 ... pitched two innings of hitless ball in relief vs. Arizona the next day ... went 1-0 with a 0.78 in back-to-back appearances at Oregon (May 9-10) ... gave up just three hits and one earned run in nine innings over the two games ... went 2-for-3 with a double in the Huskies 2-1 win over Texas in the opener at the NCAA Regional on May 16 ... doubled the next day against Houston ... later that day, got the start and earned the win in the Huskies 5-3 victory against Texas, which sent the Huskies to Championship Sunday ... scattered three hits in four innings in the game, and also picked up a base hit at the plate ... struck out seven and allowed just three hits and one run in 5.2 innings at Houston in the season finale ... moved up to No. 4 all-time on the UW career strikeout list in the game.
