2010 (Senior): Second-Team Pac-10 All-Academic selection ... had an oustanding senior season on the back line ... was one of two defenders to start all 24 games ... was one of six Huskies to play in all 24 games and one of four to start in all 24 ... helped the Huskies post nine shutouts on the year ... assisted on Sarah Martinez's second goal vs. Oklahoma in the NCAA First Round on Nov. 12 in the 24th minute ... took three shots on the year, two on goal ... played a season-high 110 minutes vs. Wisconsin on Sept. 5 and at No. 2 Portland in the NCAA Second Round on Nov. 14 ... made the sixth penalty kick vs. Portland in the Second Round ... finished her career ranked ninth all-time in school history in games started (72).
2009 (Junior) Named Honorable Mention Pac-10 All-Academic ... started all 21 games she played in, missing just one game early in the season due to injury ... one of four veteran defenders on UW's talented back line, holding opponents to exactly a goal a game ... in her three years, the team has improved it's GAA each season, going from 1.82 in 2007 to 1.38 last year and now 1.00 in 2009 ... fired two shots during the season, one against Utah State and another on the road at Cal State Fullerton ... helped contribute to seven shutouts ... helped the Huskies hold No. 1 Stanford to a season-low 12 shots and they also held No. 4 UCLA to a season-low nine shots, well below the Bruins' average of 17 per game ... team posted a shutout in its NCAA First Round match against Ole Miss, winning 1-0 and allowing just five shots, including just two in the second half.
2008 (Sophomore): Appeared in 19 games, making 17 starts ... part of a Husky defense that posted six shutouts and lowered its goals-against-average from 1.82 in 2007 to just 1.38 in 2008 ... contributed four assists from the backfield, ranked tied for third on the team ... assisted on UW's first goal in a 2-1 win over Gonzaga ... had two assists in the Portland Nike Invitational, the first coming on UW's second goal by Kate Deines in a 2-0 win over San Diego State and the second on UW's third goal by Alex Kirk in a 3-1 win over Northern Arizona ... had the game-winning assist in the Huskies' 3-0 win versus Utah, sending in a corner kick which Veronica Perez knocked in ... took six shots on the season.
2007 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact as a freshman, appearing in 13 games ... started 10 times ... helped anchor a Husky defense that recorded three shutouts and held opponents to just one goal in four other matches.
Woodinville High School:
Three-year letterwinner ... the Washington Class 4A State Player of the Year in 2006 ... listed as a top-100 national recruit in the SoccerBuzz.com rankings ... led Woodinville to the 2006 state championship ... amassed 14 goals and nine assists during the 2005 season ... received First-Team All-KingCo honors her final two seasons ... as a senior, selected to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer All-Star team and named the King County Journal Athlete of the Week ... voted team MVP and Most Inspirational Player by her teammates in 2006.
Personal:
Born in Bellevue, Washington ... parents are Kerry and Bruce Greig ... club teammate of Tess Bartlett, a former Husky ... played with Husky recruit Sara Turcios on the Region IV ODP team that toured Costa Rica in 2005 and defeated the U-19 women's national team ... served as the Woodinville High School's ASB President in 2006-07 ... honored as a C.P. Johnson Humanitarian award nominee (1999-2006).
