General Comments:
"As I was sitting there at the very end and we were battling and clinging, I couldn't have had more mixed emotions. I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed with where we were and simultaneously I couldn't have been more proud of the guys out there on the court. I don't want to tell you what Jean-Noel has been doing the last 20 hours, but it's not pretty, and for him to be out there fighting was just incredible. I felt it in the doubles. I felt even though we were mixed around that we were going to hang in there."
"There's a lot that goes into this event and to have a day where in the morning all I'm doing is getting calls with guys needing to see doctors and wondering what's happening. I'm learning there's a flu going through the athletic department and that's what guys are getting. So it was a long day. Knowing everything that goes into this tournament and having this opportunity and to be undermanned and then to be here at the end of the night and be so proud of the guys, I wish we had a little more to show for it."
"We had new guys and Pierre and Jean-Noel, the fight they're showing out here tonight is incredible. For Jean-Noel to be having cramping in his calf, his bicep, and nothing in his body at all, that's why he's cramping because he has no minerals, to be up 1-0 in the third is incredible. And for Pierre to tough out his match playing all the tennis he did the last two days. So there are good things."
