Mike Dillon serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Health and Performance. In this role, he oversees the Athletic Training, Nutrition and Mental Health, and Strength & Conditioningย units. Dillon also serves as the primary athletic trainer and sport administrator for the menโs and womenโs golf teams.ย
Dillon joined the University of Washington in 2007 as the Senior Associate Athletic Trainer and over his 16 years has supported multiple sports, including football and menโs soccer.ย
Prior to joining the staff at the University of Washington, Dillon was an athletic trainer for Disneyland Resorts (2005-2007) and UCLA Athletics (2002-2005).ย He also completed a fellowship at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA (2001-2002).ย
Dillon graduated from the University of Pacific in 1999, and completed his masterโs degree and graduate assistantship at Indiana University in 2001. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Sammamish along with their 4 boys, Matthew, Parker, Tyce & Ryder.
