Kelsey Quinn joined the Washington program as the Director of Operations in the fall of 2017. Quinn has coached track and field since graduating from the University of Iowa where she was a standout hurdler and sprinter.

Quinn was the head track and field coach at Warner Pacific College in Portland, Ore. from fall of 2015 through the spring of 2017. Prior to that she was an assistant coach at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.

While completing her Master's degree in Kinesiology at Iowa State University, Quinn worked with the ISU women's volleyball and soccer teams on strength and conditioning.

As an undergraduate at the University of Iowa, Quinn qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Championships in the 400m hurdles and as part of the 4x400m relay, making the Iowa top-10 lists in those events. A native of Marion, Iowa, Quinn was named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team.
