HIGH SCHOOL: PrepStar All-Region selection ... first-team All-CIF San Diego Section in 2014 ... played on a Pirates team that went 14-1, won the Avocado-West League championship and the CIF San Diego Section title before advancing to the final of the CIF Division I state championship, where they finally took their first loss ... as a junior, Oceanside posted a 10-3 record, won the league crown and advanced to the championship game of the San Diego Section Open Division playoffs ... ranked as the No. 76 prospect in California and the No. 88 cornerback in the nation by scout.com ... rated the nation's No. 86 corner by ESPN also a top-notch sprinter, long jumper and triple jumper on the track team ... won the CIF San Diego Section 100-meter championship with a time of 10.80 and won the triple jump with a leap of 48 feet, 4 inches ... also took second place in the 4x100 and third in the long jump at the San Diego Section meet ... earned a berth in the finals of the long jump and triple jump at the state championship meet, finishing fourth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump ...played football under coach John Carroll.
