He helped lead one of the top passing offenses in the country and helped implement the Broncoโs game plan as well as coach on the field during the 2018 season, finishing the year with a 10-3 record.
ย
Dahlen was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the College of Idaho from 2016-18. He helped lead the team to multiple school records on offense, including total yards, pass yards, and rush yards. Dahlen coached two record-breaking quarterbacks along with multiple All-Conference selections and one All-American.ย
ย
Dahlen has also spent time as a guest coach for the BC Lions in the Canadian Football League (2015), was assistant quarterbacks coach at Southern Utah University (2013-14), and was co-offensive coordinator and passing game coordinator at Sandy (Utah) High School (2011).
