Husky Stadium Credential Policies
CREDENTIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS – ALL CREDENTIALS
- Guest and pre-game sideline credentials do not allow access into Husky Stadium without a valid game ticket.
- Escorting is not permitted for any credential other than the Executive Staff credential.
- Credential must remain visible at all times.
- Credential is non-transferable.
- Credential is provided for the sole purpose of allowing access to the venue/specific area(s) for those with a working purpose or an authorized provided of game-related services (as employee or vendor) in connect with the University of Washington and the events, activities and interviews relating thereto (collectively the “event”).
- All individuals on the field during the game must be 18 years of age or older unless prior approval is given by Event Management and Compliance.
BIG TEN CONDITIONS PLACED ON USE OF CREDENTIALS
- This working credential is subject in all respects to the Media Credential Criteria and Policies set forth by The Big Ten Conference, Inc. as in effect from time to time. This working credential is issued for the sole purpose of providing facility access to an accredited agency’s employee who has a legitimate working function (media or game service) in conjunction with this event. Any alteration, assignment, duplication, modification, sale, or transfer of this credential is expressly prohibited. Violation of the foregoing or any other unauthorized use of this credential subjects the bearer to ejection from the facility and prosecution for criminal trespass, in addition to all other rights or remedies available to the Big Ten Conference, Inc. By using this working credential, the bearer and accredited organization voluntarily assume any and all risks, hazards, and dangers in connection with or incidental or ancillary to this event, including, without limitation, the risk of personal injury, death, exposure to communicable disease, virus, bacteria, or illness, and lost, stolen, or damaged property, and release, waive, and agree to jointly and severally indemnify The Big Ten Conference, Inc. from and against any claim, damage, expense, liability, or loss arising out of or otherwise related to the same. Any secondary use of any picture, photograph, audio description, video, film/tape, drawing or other description of a game taken or made by the accredited organization or individual to whom this credential has been issued (including, but not limited to use in delayed editorial or non-editorial advertising, sales promotion or merchandising) is prohibited without The Big Ten Conference, Inc.’s prior explicit written approval.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions allows, authorizes, or grants the bearer of these credentials any right in or to the trademarks, copyright or any other proprietary rights of The Big Ten Conference, Inc. and its member institutions, each of which are expressly reserved. A maximum of two minutes (2:00) of game video footage (without audio) may be utilized during the seven (7) days following the conclusion of the game solely within regularly scheduled bona fide news programming distributed via television, and may not be distributed via the internet, wireless or other forms of media.
- Photographing credentials is strictly prohibited.
- ACCEPTANCE OF A CREDENTIAL CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT BY THE BEARER AND THE BEARER’S ORGANIZATION TO ABIDE BY THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ALL OF THE BIG TEN CONFERENCE, INC.’S MEDIA CREDENTIAL CRITERIA AND POLICIES, THE TERMS OF WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
PREGAME FIELD CREDENTIAL – MUST POSSESS VALID TICKET FOR ENTRY
- Credential must be visible and displayed at all times.
- Credential is non-transferable.
- Pre-game field holders may enter the field at the NE Field Ramp, NW and SW Stairs and the 2 sets of West stairs by the Dawg Pack.
- All guests are required to have the pre-game credential, no escorting allowed. This includes for spouses, children 2 years and older and/or guests.
- Credential is valid for pre-game only and credential bearer must exit the field prior to 0:00 on the clock or when instructed to do so.
- Credential bearer may not access either bench area or the field of play.
- All working and guest passes MUST remain behind the yellow hash marks.
PREMIUM GUEST CREDENTIALS – MUST POSSESS VALID TICKET FOR ENTRY
- Include Premium Guest, Premium Guest DJC, Football Ops and Football Ops / AD Suite.
- Intended use is to provide special access for guests or for business purposes to cultivate relationships in those spaces.
