ICA Staff Council is comprised of members from around the department. The goal of the Staff Council is to improve the lives of people in our department – and we do that by creating community and recognizing and appreciating the hard work of this staff. Staff Council organizes events throughout the year (approximately one per month) for the entire staff to join. We encourage members of the Staff Council to pass along important department info to their units, and we encourage all employees to share feedback with Staff Council members.
