Participants will enter for a chance to win $2000 VISA gift card and one (1) pair of tickets (two (2) tickets in total) to the 2024 Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, Louisiana, and 1 hotel room for 2 nights (12/31-1/2) (estimated total retail value for game tickets, hotel and gift card is $2,700 USD), subject to these Official Rules (the “Sweepstakes”)*.

Your Entry post must remain publicly posted through the Entry Period. and must comply with any Content Restrictions (as set forth below) and X’s Terms of Service and X Rules and Policies available at https://help.X.com/en/rules-and-policies/x-rules . By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or claiming a Prize (as defined below) should you be selected as a Winner, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories and possessions and agree to these Official Rules and HSP’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You further certify that physically and legally able to fly on Toyota and do not have any known conditions that may be exacerbated by air travel. You additionally certify that any Guest (defined below) you select to participate in the Prize is at least 18 years old, unless the Winner is the parent and/or legal guardian of the Guest, and then the Guest must be at least 13 years old. Your eligibility for the Sweepstakes is contingent upon these certifications. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win; void where prohibited. PRIZE
One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected by random digitization software from among the eligible entries to win. Residents of Canada, in order to win, must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without the aid of a mechanical device, administered by mail or e-mail at HSP’s sole discretion. The Winner will be awarded at random (i) One Visa gift card valued at $2,000 for use by the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) (ii) one (1) pair of tickets (two (2) tickets in total) to the 2024 Sugar Bowl game on Jan 1, 2024, exact location of tickets to be determined by HSP, in HSP’s sole discretion (estimated total retail value for each ticket is $200 USD for a total of $400 USD), and (iii) One hotel room at TBD hotel for 2 nights (12/31-1/2) (estimated total retail value for the game tickets and hotel is $1,000 USD) (collectively, the “Prize All Prize details are at HSP’s sole discretion. All other costs and expenses related to the Prize are not covered, including but not limited to all ground transportation and meals.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The Winner may not substitute a cash award in lieu of a Prize. The Prize may be assigned to Winner at random and may not be substituted for one another. The Winner is solely responsible for paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes related to the Sweepstakes, as well as any costs and expenses associated with any Prize. HOW TO WIN:
At the conclusion of the Entry Period, one (1) potential Winner of the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected by HSP by random digitization software.
The potential Winner will be notified by direct message through X by HSP/UW Athletics no later than 10:00am PST on December 14, 2023. Participants do not need to be present to win; however, the potential Winner must respond to the notice from HSP in writing to accept and claim their Prize, provide all requisite information required by Toyota and HSP in order to accept the Prize, including but not limited to, name, address, and phone number, and have a valid Ticketmaster.com account (“Response Information”) by no later than 5:00pm PST on December 14, 2023 (the “Response Deadline”). If HSP/UW does not receive written confirmation that a Winner accepts their Prize and provided the Response Information by the Response Deadline, such Winner forfeits any right to or claim on the Prize, and HSP may select another Winner in the same manner described above and by notifying such alternate Winner after the Response Deadline and allowing such alternate Winner to claim the Prize by no later than 10:00am PST on November 15, 2023. If HSP does not receive written confirmation that the alternate Winner accepts their Prize and provided the Response Information by the Response Deadline, such Winner forfeits any right to or claim on the Prize, and HSP may select another Winner in the same manner described above. By claiming or accepting the Prize, Winner certifies that they agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to HSP and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater. Winner may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize and, at HSP’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate Winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

Entrants must not include any of the following (the “Content Restrictions”) in any entry: (a) nudity, pornography, adult-oriented content, or any other explicit material; (b) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (c) profanity, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities; (d) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (e) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious, or slanderous materials; (f) content that denigrates, disparages, or reflects negatively on the HSP, UW, Toyota, Climate Pledge Arena, American Airlines Center, any NHL teams, their owners and employees, or hockey; (g) tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs; (h) dangerous stunts; (i) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives, or projectiles; (j) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation; (k) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent or legal guardian; (l) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (m) material that is unlawful or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created. Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, as determined in the sole discretion of HSP, will be disqualified.
REPRESENTATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Each and every participant and/or Winner hereby represents and warrants that they have read these Official Rules, are fully familiar with their contents, and agree to abide thereby. Each Winner shall be responsible and liable for the actions of any third party to whom a Prize is gifted, sold or transferred. Each participant further agrees to indemnify, defend, discharge, release, forever acquit, and hold HSP, UW, Toyota, their affiliated entities (including third-party partners) and their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors harmless against any and all demands, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to or arising out of the participation in the Sweepstakes, any Prize awarded, or any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, or agreements of participants hereto. RELEASE OF LIABILITY/ PUBLICITY RELEASE
Participants agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations, including any local guidance or mandates related to any pandemic at the time of any event related to the Sweepstakes or the Prizes, and to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner and Guest may also be required to wear masks at all times during air travel and comply with all policies of Toyota. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally release HSP, UW, X, and Toyota, from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to participants participation in the Sweepstakes and (2) all claims related to a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss, and/or misuse of any entry, any Prize, or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. HSP makes no representations regarding the effects, condition, safety, or possible risks associated with air travel, transportation, or event attendance in connection COVID-19.
Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to HSP, UW and Toyota and their respective designees the right to publicize the Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
In the event HSP or UW is unable to continue the Sweepstakes or to honor any Prize due to any event beyond its control, including but not limited to technological errors, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil unrest, terrorist threat or act, war (declared or undeclared), or any local, state, or federal law, order, or regulation, then subject to any governmental approval that may be required, HSP and UW reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and rules.

DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. Each participant further agrees to indemnify, defend, discharge, release, forever acquit, and hold HSP, UW, Toyota, their affiliated entities (including third-party partners) and their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors harmless against any and all demands, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to or arising out of the participation in the Sweepstakes, any Prize awarded, or any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, or agreements of participants hereto. The Winner who participates in a Prize in any way may be required by HSP or UW to execute additional forms, releases, and/or waivers as a prior condition to participating in or accepting a Prize.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY/ PUBLICITY RELEASE
Participants agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations, including any local guidance or mandates related to any pandemic at the time of any event related to the Sweepstakes or the Prizes, and to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner and Guest may also be required to wear masks at all times during air travel and comply with all policies of Toyota. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally release HSP, UW, X, and Toyota, from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to participants participation in the Sweepstakes and (2) all claims related to a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss, and/or misuse of any entry, any Prize, or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. HSP makes no representations regarding the effects, condition, safety, or possible risks associated with air travel, transportation, or event attendance in connection COVID-19.
Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to HSP, UW and Toyota and their respective designees the right to publicize the Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
In the event HSP or UW is unable to continue the Sweepstakes or to honor any Prize due to any event beyond its control, including but not limited to technological errors, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil unrest, terrorist threat or act, war (declared or undeclared), or any local, state, or federal law, order, or regulation, then subject to any governmental approval that may be required, HSP and UW reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and rules.
DATA PRIVACY
Private or personally identifying information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be retained by HSP and UW, sold, shared with business partners and/or affiliates, and/or used for marketing purposes. DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted in Seattle, Washington before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS.
