Why is Washington Athletics using to mobile-only ticketing?
The shift to mobile-only ticketing provides the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud.
What if I don't have a mobile device compatible with mobile ticketing?

Can I print my tickets out at home and bring them to the game for entry?
Unfortunately, due to increased fraudulent activity with traditional Print-at-Home (PDF) style tickets, Washington Athletics has eliminated the possibility of entry with the Print-at-Home option. Ticket holders will no longer have the option to print their tickets at home, but ticket delivery and stadium entry are easy and efficient with mobile tickets.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single mobile device?
Yes. You can scan through your available tickets at the venue if your entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their ticket. Before entering a Husky Athletics venue, we recommend that each attendee download their ticket to their mobile device to make the entrance process quicker.
Can the same ticket be scanned for entry multiple times?
Each ticket will be scanned at the event. Only the first scan of a ticket will allow entrance to the event. If a ticket has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted, and entry will be denied.
What if my entire party isn't with me when I am ready to enter?
You can quickly transfer each member of your party their individual ticket since each person will need a ticket to enter the venue.
Does the person receiving my ticket via transfer need to have a Washington Huskies Ticket account?
Yes. If the person receiving your ticket transfer does not have one already, they must create one to accept it.
I am a University of Washington student. Do I have access to my tickets online?
University of Washington students should visit the Dawg Pack Tickets student ticketing information.
What if I do not have a mobile device, or my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive on gameday?
Simply visit the box office at Husky Stadium. We will print your tickets for you after presenting a valid photo ID for the name on the ticket account.
I have never used a Washington Huskies Ticket Account before. Do I already have an account? Do I need to create a new one?
If you have ever purchased tickets from the University of Washington Athletics Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. If you do not know your password or are logging into your account for the first time, click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary password link emailed to you. If you do not know the email address associated with your account or have additional questions, please contact the Husky Ticket Office at 206-543-2200 or email tickets@uw.edu.
