Boeing Apple Cup Series Transportation
Fans that purchased a season bus pass for the 2021 season will not need to purchase a bus pass for the Apple Cup.
GENERAL INFORMATION
UPDATE: Bus passes are no longer for sale for the Apple Cup. No on-site sales will be available. Fans are encouraged to use light rail or regular Metro Bus routes for public transit to Husky Stadium.
Bus passes for the Apple Cup must be purchased by Monday, November 15.
A single game bus pass is $16.00. Single game bus passes can only be purchased for buses from Overlake Church and NW Med Center. Redondo Heights is for season bus passes only.
Bus passes will be emailed to you the week of November 22. Please bring your phone with your mobile bus pass ticket to the Park & Ride lot. If you do not have a smartphone, a printed copy of your confirmation will suffice.
Masks will be required at all times when riding a bus.

HOW TO PURCHASE
Fans that purchased a season bus pass do not need to purchase an Apple Cup bus pass. Instead, season bus pass holders will have the opportunity to pre-register before public sales open. All season bus pass holders will receive an email with instructions to pre-register on October 26.
Apple Cup Park & Ride passes are available for advance purchase only. There will be NO on-site sales available.
Fans that wish to purchase a single game bus pass for the Apple Cup can purchase HERE while supplies last. Bus passes are $16/person.
Fans will need to select a lot AND an exact departure time at the time of purchase.

HOW TO RIDE THE BUS
Confirm you received your bus pass via email.
On gameday, bring your phone with your mobile bus pass ticket to the Park & Ride lot. If you do not have a smartphone, a printed copy of your confirmation will suffice.
Arrive to your shuttle location at least 15 minutes prior to your selected departure time. All parking is first come first served and all fans must have purchased a bus pass in advance of arrival.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. UW and the parking lot are not responsible for items/vehicles parked in the lots.
Masks will be required at all times when riding a bus.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I purchase bus pass tickets on gameday?
No. All bus pass tickets must be purchased in advance by the Monday, Nov. 15 deadline.
Are bus pass ticket sales available to the public?
Yes, bus passes will be on sale November 4, based on availability. Fans can purchase HERE.
When will I receive my bus passes?
Bus passes will be sent digitally one week before the game.
How much does the shuttle cost?
The cost is $16 per person and must be purchased in advance.
What are my other options to take public transportation to the game?

What do I do if my preferred lot and/or time is not available?
Please register for another lot or time. This excludes Redondo Heights where no exact time slots will apply.
Where do I park at the Park & Ride lots?
All parking is first come first served, and all fans must have purchased a bus pass in advance of arrival.
Are the shuttles ADA accessible?
ADA accessible shuttles with a wheelchair lift can be arranged. Please purchase the ADA accessible Park & Ride pass. This excludes Redondo Heights where metro service will be in use.
I do not require a wheelchair lift, but have mobility issues, what are my options?
All shuttles have no more than 4 stairs to climb, and the first few rows of seats will be held for those needing assistance. Please purchase the regular Park & Ride pass. If you are unable to climb 4 stairs, please purchase the ADA pass.
If I take an early bus to the game, where can I go when I arrive?
The Zone will open three (3) hours before kickoff. Tents on Rainier Vista with full catering services can be rented by contacting Nick Kolendich via email at Washington@TailgateClub.com.
If I miss the bus I am signed up for, can I get on the next bus?
Yes. However, priority will be given to those with reservations for that specific departure time. Time slots do not apply to Redondo Heights.
How long does it take to get from the lot to the stadium?
This depends on your shuttle departure location as well as traffic. Routes may take 60 minutes.
Is there parking on campus for the football game?
Yes. Parking on campus will operate as it normally does for a Saturday football game. More parking information can be found here.
What about ADA parking at UW?
ADA parking can be purchased in advance or on gameday and is located in the E1 (north) lot. More parking information can be found here.
Where will the buses drop me off?
All shuttle buses will unload at Montlake Boulevard, Pacific Street, and Mason Road on campus.
What time will the buses start leaving the stadium after the game?
The shuttles will start leaving as soon as the game is over.
Where do I get on the bus after the game? How will I know what bus to get on?
All shuttles will pick up along Montlake Boulevard, NE Pacific Street, and Mason Road on campus. Instructions will also be provided to you on your incoming shuttle ride. If you are only riding the shuttle one way, there will be ample signage and staff available after the game to assist you in finding your bus.
How late will buses run after the game?
Shuttles will depart the stadium until all passengers have been transported. The last shuttles are expected to depart 30-45 minutes post-game.
