How does the Greatest Setting Sweepstakes work?
At the start of the entry period, fans can submit an online form during the week-long registration window. On the Monday after the entry period closes, one (1) winner will be selected randomly and notified via email. No payment is required to enter the sweepstakes.

If I win, how many tickets do I get?

How many times can I enter the Greatest Setting Sweepstakes?
Husky football fans can enter the sweepstakes for each home game. Fans can only enter once per game.
Can I enter the Greatest Setting Sweepstakes for each game at one time?
No, fans can only enter the sweepstakes for a particular game while that game’s registration window is open. Fans must submit a new registration form for each game.
How will I be notified if I win?
Sweepstakes winners will be notified via the email provided on their registration form on the Monday after the entry period closes.
If I win, where will my seats be located?
Sweepstakes winner’s seats will be assigned throughout Husky Stadium. Winners will not be able to select their seats.
How will I receive my tickets if I win?
Tickets will be emailed to the winners in August.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age and older. The University of Washington ICA employees are not eligible to win.
ENTRY: The “Greatest Setting Sweepstakes” sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") will occur seven (7) times from May 13, 2019, to June 30, 2019. The first Sweepstakes will open at 12:00 a.m. PT on May 13, 2019, and will end at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 19, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The remaining Sweepstakes will open and close at the times in the chart above. You may enter the Sweepstakes for the opportunity to win two (2) tickets for a Washington football 2019 regular season home game played at Husky Stadium. A separate registration period and drawing will be held for each Game. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) Enter online by visiting the official Sweepstakes registration page at gohuskies.com/sweepstakes, or (2) by emailing tickets@uw.edu with one’s name, email address, birthday, and phone number. You must complete the entire form in order to enter the Sweepstakes online. You must complete and submit the registration form during the registration period applicable to the Game for which you wish to win tickets. The registration period for each Game is listed above. The UW ICA will conduct random drawing(s) from among eligible fans who successfully complete the registration form. You may enter the Sweepstakes once per Game, provided, however, the UW ICA reserves the right to restrict previous winners in its sole discretion. Winners are selected at random. By entering online, each entrant further agrees to be bound by the terms relating to use of the website including its Privacy Policy. The UW ICA reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes as solely determined by the UW ICA. In the event any aspect of the Sweepstakes is compromised by non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the UW ICA which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the UW ICA reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE/ODDS: Following each Sweepstakes period, there will be a random drawing for one (1) registrant on May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24, and July 1 to win two (2) tickets to the applicable game. Registering does not guarantee any registrant the opportunity to win tickets. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the specified Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received up to the end of the Entry Period. Failure of a drawing winner to respond as referred to above may result in disqualification and the selection of another registrant by random drawing from among all remaining eligible registrations received for the applicable Game, time permitting. Limit of one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes period. The winner will be solely responsible for all additional incidental costs or expenses relating to the acceptance or use of any prize unless otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules. Winner agrees that any prize awarded is pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed.
ENTRANT/WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The winner will be notified by e-mail as provided on the method of entry within three (3) business days following the respective drawing date for the prize as noted in Section 3 above. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release within five (5) days of notification. In the event (i) the Affidavit and Release is not returned within five (5) days; (ii) email is not confirmed to the UW ICA within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries as time permits. Upon forfeiture for any reason, another winner will be selected. If applicable, allow two (2) weeks for delivery of prize following completion of the notification process. All entrants, by participation in this sweepstakes, agree on behalf of themselves, their executors, assigns and heirs, to release, hold harmless and indemnify the University of Washington ICA and the University of Washington Board of Trustees and their respective directors, trustees, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related or sweepstakes-related activity. Winner acknowledges that the UW ICA has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. Except where prohibited by law, winners must consent to the use of their name, voice, picture, or other likeness in all media without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by The University Athletic Association, Inc.
