		GENERAL INFORMATION
What is the age limit for my child to get in free? Children two (2) and under are admitted free of charge, provided they sit on your lap and do not interfere with other fans' game experience. Children three (3) years of age and over require a ticket to all Husky football games. What are accessibility options for guests with disabilities? In accordance with federal ADA requirements, easy access and wheelchair seating options are available on both a season and single-game basis. Please contact the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 for specific seating options and availability. How do I get to a Husky football game? What are the parking prices? For any and all game day parking and transportation details, click here. When will you know kickoff times? Known kickoff times are listed in advance of the season. All other times can be announced as late as six to 12 days in advance of the game due to television rights as negotiated by the Pac-12 Conference. To view the current football schedule with the most up-to-date game times, click here. When do gates open for Husky football games? Husky Stadium gates open 90 minutes before kickoff. What can I bring into the game? To view our stadium game day policies, click here. I can't find my tickets, what do I do? Customers who have purchased football season, partial plan, or single-game tickets through the Husky Ticket Office may call (206) 543-2200 to request a reprint of their ticket(s) for $5 per ticket. Only the primary account holder may request their tickets be reprinted; however, they may leave their tickets at Will Call for anyone to pick up. Online ticket management through UW Account Manager is free and recommended for use to print tickets from home, forward to a friend, or show on your mobile device for game entry. Season ticket holders and partial plan buyers will need their ticket account number in order to log in. * The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to decline any ticket replacement or reprint requests. What kinds of payment do you accept? The Husky Ticket Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. May I return tickets purchased from the Husky Ticket Office? All Husky ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. The University of Washington reserves the right to change game times, dates, or locations with no refunds. How do I request ticket information for future Husky events? Please sign up for Husky E-News by clicking here. As a rule of thumb, next season's ticket information is released and posted once available at GoHuskies.com. What can I do with unused tickets? If season ticket holders, partial plan buyers, or single-game ticket buyers that have purchased directly through the Husky Ticket Office cannot make a game, they can log into UW Account Manager to forward their tickets to a friend free of charge. 		WILL CALL
As a service to our customers, the Husky Ticket Office offers a Will Call window for guests to pick up tickets purchased within seven (7) days of the event, or to leave tickets for a third party to pick up. The Husky Ticket Office is not responsible for any misplaced or unused third-party will call tickets. Valid picture identification is required for any ticket pick up. Will Call tickets will only be released to the name on the Will Call envelope. When is Will Call open? The Husky Ticket Office operates Will Call at the Graves Building (3910 Montlake Blvd) during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Will Call is transferred to Husky Stadium for every home football game. Husky Stadium Ticket Office The Husky Stadium Ticket Office and Will Call is located near the northwest corner of the stadium. The box office opens 3.5 hours prior to kickoff and closes in the middle of the third quarter.

		STUDENT TICKETS
Why doesn't my student number work online to purchase student season tickets? New students are required to activate their account with the Husky Ticket Office, and must contact the Husky Ticket Office before purchasing online. Returning students can order tickets online by clicking here, then following the on-screen instructions to find their account ID and password. Students who have graduated, or are no longer matriculating students at the UW, are no longer eligible to purchase student tickets. How many tickets can students purchase? Students can purchase one (1) student-priced ticket per each charged event. This also includes away game events if there is a student rate. * If the student is married or has a domestic partner, they may then purchase an additional student ticket. Students cannot order the additional ticket online, but instead must contact the Husky Ticket Office. A copy of the marriage/partner certificate is requested annually before tickets will be released. How do I receive my student season tickets? Dawg Pack tickets for football are done entirely on mobile devices. Current registration for UW classes and a Husky Card are required to purchase season tickets, as well as to enter all UW events. For more information, click here. Student away game tickets must be purchased at the Husky Ticket Office. What are accessibility options for students with disabilities? Students are required to show or swipe their valid Husky Cards at the student gate for entry. How do I get student single-game tickets? Students who do not have student season tickets may purchase single-game student tickets to football games beginning two Mondays in advance of each home game while supplies last. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Husky Ticket Office with a valid Husky Card. Each student with a valid Husky Card is limited to purchasing one (1) student ticket per person. Students may not purchase tickets at the student rate for any other student. Where do I get my Husky Card? Husky Cards can be picked up at the Husky Card Account & ID Center located on the ground floor of the Odegaard Undergraduate Library between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. State or federally issued identification and student identification number will be required for pick up. The student season ticket policies can be found by clicking here. Students purchasing student season tickets must agree to these policies before purchasing their tickets.

FACULTY/STAFF TICKETS

I am a UW faculty/staff member, do I get a discount?
Eligible UW faculty and staff members may purchase up to two (2) football season tickets at the UW Faculty/Staff discount of 20 percent. If additional season tickets are desired, they will be subject to the full public season ticket price. In order to verify your status, the Husky Ticket Office will annually audit those UW faculty and staff members receiving the discount.

Qualifications for the UW Faculty/Staff discount are:

Employed through the UW (Seattle, Bothell, and Tacoma campuses) and worked 50 percent or more of a full-time exempt position, OR
Retired through the UW system, OR
Be the surviving spouse of a UW employee or retiree as per the qualifications above

ACCOUNT INFORMATION POLICIES

How do I change the contact information on my account?
Address changes for season ticket holders may only be done with a written request to the Husky Ticket Office by the primary account holder, or updated online via the account holder's UW Account Manager. Log in and click, "Edit My Profile." If an address change is requested via email or mail, the request must include:

Account name
Account number
Old address
New address
Account holder signature OR sent via the email address on the account holder's account to tickets@uw.edu

Changes may be mailed, faxed, or hand delivered to the Husky Ticket Office. Address or other account updates may also be sent via email only from the primary account holder to tickets@uw.edu. Address changes will not be accepted over the phone. To download the address change form, click here.

Can I add a name or change the name on my ticket account?
Only spouses may be added onto an existing account at the request of the primary account holder for UW Faculty/Staff discount purposes. All other name changes are done only in the event of a priority transfer.

How do I transfer my season ticket account?
All account transfers must be submitted in writing and signed by the current season ticket holder or their legal representative supported by such legal documentation as the Husky Ticket Office may reasonably request. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any account transfer request.

What are the transfer policies?

Full Priority Transfer
A public season account holder may transfer, without forfeiture of any account priority, all or any portion of their account priority in the account to:

A spouse, or former spouse in the event of divorce or death
An individual if the season ticket account is held by a corporation or legal entity

50% Priority Transfer
A public season account holder may transfer their priority to an immediate family member (defined as a parent, sibling, child, or grandchild) which would result in a forfeiture of 50 percent of the account priority. A 50-percent loss in priority will often result in a change of seat location.

UW Faculty/Staff Transfer
UW faculty and staff accounts fall under the same policy as stated above. If a UW faculty or staff transfer is made to a person who does not qualify as UW faculty or staff, they must pay the full public reserved season ticket price.

UW faculty and staff may also elect to pay for season tickets through payroll deduction if requested by applicable deadlines. Please contact the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 or via email at tickets@uw.edu for more details.

What is the UW Tyee Club?
In 1976, the "Tyee Club" was established to create greater interest and financial support for all of Washington's athletics programs. The continued support and growth of the UW Tyee Club is vital to the current and future success of UW student-athletes. Providing meaningful scholarship support and first-class facilities to our current and prospective student-athletes are critical to remain competitive on a national level.

The best football season tickets are purchased through the UW Tyee Club and require a per-seat annual contribution to Husky Athletics. Tyee Club seats are allocated in accordance with the priority point system. For more information on the UW Tyee Club and the priority point system, click here.

What happens if I cancel my season tickets?

UW Tyee Club Tickets
If you choose to cancel Tyee Club season tickets, you will forfeit your consecutive years of season ticket purchase points. If you choose to purchase Tyee Club season tickets in the future, your previous donations would apply toward calculating your new season ticket priority.

Non-UW Tyee Club Tickets
If you choose not to renew general season tickets, your account priority, which is earned through consecutive years of season ticket purchase, will be forfeited. If you choose to purchase season tickets in future seasons, your new seats will be assigned based on first-year priority status.

		FOOTBALL SEASON TICKETS
How do I pay for my season tickets? Football season ticket holders are sent renewal invoices annually for ticket payment via mail and email to the primary addresses on the account. UW Tyee Club and ticket payment invoices are sent together and are due on the same date determined by the Husky Athletics Department. Tyee Club and ticket payments must be made separately if paying by check. Are ticket totals included in the UW Tyee Club payment? No, they are not. Although invoiced together, Tyee Club payments and ticket payments must be made separately due to university donation requirements. If you choose to pay by check, two (2) separate checks must be written, one for the season ticket cost and one for the Tyee Club seat-related gift. If you choose to pay by credit card, the credit card will be charged via two (2) separate payments, one for the season ticket cost and one for the Tyee Club seat-related gift. How can I improve my football seats? Each non-reallocation year, all renewed season ticket holders have the opportunity to improve their seat location via an online upgrade system. Upgrade windows are assigned by priority point ranking and are communicated via letter and email. If a season ticket holder upgrades location or into a higher-level UW Tyee Club seat-related giving area, payment will be collected immediately. For information on Tyee Club seat improvements, click here. Can I purchase additional football season tickets? Season ticket holders may purchase additional season tickets during their upgrade window. Additional season tickets are considered a new purchase, and therefor may not be placed with the current season tickets unless the account holder is willing to move to a new location (pending availability). Season ticket holders may only add seats for up to eight (8) total seats on the account. If the account holder already has eight (8) seats on the account, they must wait until the end of the upgrade process to add seats above eight (8). When are football tickets mailed? Single-game tickets ordered directly through the Husky Ticket Office prior to the season are mailed in mid-August separately from season tickets. Single-game ticket orders placed after the season begins are mailed within three (3) business days of the order. Orders placed within one (1) week of the game only have delivery options of Will Call or emailed to the email address on file to print from home. How do I purchase away game tickets? The only way to purchase away game tickets from the UW is to be a season ticket holder, a partial plan buyer, or a standing member of the Big "W" Club. Tickets can be requested via your online account by clicking here, or by calling the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 542-2200. If there is remaining availability, UW Alumni Association members will have access to purchase away game tickets through the UWAA office. To contact the UWAA office, call (206) 543-0540 or click here. All away game purchases are unallocated at the time of purchase and will be seated via UW Tyee Club football priority point rank. When will football away game tickets be mailed? Away game tickets are mailed approximately 16 days prior to each game. Away game tickets also become available at Will Call at the Husky Ticket Office at this same time.
