Ingredients:
- 6 slider buns, split
- 12 thin turkey slices
- 8 thin Swiss cheese slices, ripped into 3-4 pieces each
- 2 1/2 – 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 4 ounces herbed chèvre cheese
- Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Spread dijon mustard onto the inside of the bottoms of the slider buns.
- Stack turkey, Swiss cheese, and coleslaw mix on each of the buns.
- Spread chèvre cheese onto the insides of the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter, and mix with parsley.
- Remove foil, and brush the tops of the buns with the butter + parsley mixture.
- Bake for another 10 minutes, uncovered.
