UW heads to the Bahamas for three games in the stacked Battle 4 Atlantis tournament.

UW Concludes Battle 4 Atlantis
The Huskies wrap up action at the Battle 4 Atlantis on Friday, Nov., 27 as they take on the Charlotte 49ers out of Conference USA. The game tips off at 6:30 p.m. PT in the Imperial Arena at the Atlantis Resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas. Kenny Rice, Seth Davis and Tom Walsh will call the action on AXS TV while fans can also tune in to KOMO 1000AM or FM 97.7 to hear David Shumate and Jason Hamilton. This is the first meeting between the two programs but head coach Lorenzo Romar owns a 4-2 record over the 49ers from his time as the head coach at St. Louis.

The Coach
Head Coach Lorenzo Romar, in his 14th year at Washington, has amassed a 273-161 (.629) during his time in Seattle and an overall mark of 366-249 (.595) in 19 seasons. Romar has taken the Huskies to the NCAA tournament six times including three Sweet 16 appearances.

Quick Hitters
• Andrew Andrews recorded his fourth 20+scoring effort of the season with 20 against Texas .. additionally he has now scored at least 20 points 12 times in his career and has done so seven times over the last 11 games dating back to last season ... he has also scored at least 14 points in 15 straight games.
• Dejounte Murray led the team in rebounding for the second-straight game and is currently averaging a team-best 8.8 on the season.
• Washington knocked down a season-high 10 from 3-point range against the Longhorns
•Washington has three freshmen averaging double figures through five games in Marquese Chriss (15.0ppg), Dejounte Murray (15.0ppg) and David Crisp (10.2ppg) ... Chriss is also leading the team in FG percentage, shooting 58 percent from the field (29-of-50).
• UW has four players averaging over five rebounds per outing in five games ... additionally the Dawgs are the only team in the nation to post two 60+ rebounding efforts so far this season.
• Washington’s roster is the youngest in the Pac-12 and features the most players under the age of 20 (eight), four of which are 18 years old (Chriss, Dickerson, Green, Thybulle)
• With 80 percent of the team listed as freshmen or sophomores, Washington ties with Wyoming for the fifth youngest roster of the 345 NCAA Division I squads.
• Two of the top four rebounding efforts in Romar’s 14 seasons have occurred this season
• Senior team captain Andrew Andrews is 27th all-time in scoring at Washington with 1,180 career points, passing current assistant Will Conroy (1,113)
• Washington’s backcourt hails solely from the Pacific Northwest with Andrews, Murray, Crisp, Green, Dorsey and Thybulle all growing up in either Washington or Oregon (Andrews - Portland).
• Washington welcomes the No. 6 recruiting class in the nation (Scout.com) to the court this year which includes guard Dejounte Murray, forward Marquese Chriss, forward Noah Dickerson, forward Matisse Thybulle, forward Dominic Green, guard David Crisp, forward Malik Dime and forward Devenir Duruisseau.
