2010
Hester will serve as a student assistant for the 2010 season, her second season in the position.
2008 (As A Sophomore)
Started 11 games, including seven of the last 10 in Pac-10 play ... made eight starts at third base, two as the DP and one at first base ... three of the four runs she scored came as a pinch-runner ... got her first collegiate start against Southern Illinois at the Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament in Honolulu ... collected her lone multi-hit game at California on Apr. 26, going 2-for-4 with an RBI ... also picked up her first collegiate hit and RBI in the game ... went 1-for-2 the following day against the Golden Bears ... hit 1-for-2 against Arizona State on May 2 ... hit safely in three straight games from Apr. 26-May 2.
2007 (As A Freshman)
Played in five games ... finished the season with a .250 batting average (1-for-4) and one run scored ... delivered a pinch-hit single and scored a run vs. Florida A&M (Feb. 18) ... had a putout vs. Nevada.
At West Valley High School
Four-year letterwinner at West Valley High School ... led team to two league championships and two league runner-up finishes ... four-time all-league selection ... two-time Valley Player of the Year ... team MVP as a senior ... two-time team captain ... played summer ball for Yakima Pepsi Softball (2005-06) and Selah Thunder (2003-04) under coach Matt Meyer ... graduated fourth in her class.
