JUNIOR YEAR (1999-00) - Team captain...cleaned up at the Huskies' postseason awards banquet when she received the KOMO Radio Top Defender Award, the 101 Scholarship Award and the Husky Coaches' Award...also received Pac-10 honorable mention academic honors...came off the bench to play point guard in all 30 games...matched her career-high of nine points and had a season-high five rebounds in UW's win over Boise State (12/3)...seven points against Southern Mississippi...took a charge and then sank the game-winning free throws with 11 seconds remaining on the clock in UW's 78-76 victory over ASU (1/13)...finished the year with 37 assists and 23 steals...continued her trademark strong defensive play throughout the season.SOPHOMORE YEAR (1998-99) - Played in all 29 games and started seven ... shared point guard duties with Julia Gray ... averaged 14 minutes per game ... had 34 steals and passed out 25 assists for the year ... had a strong first three games of the season; hitting 3-of-4 from the field against Iowa with a season-high four assists, 7-of-8 free throws in a season-high 27 minutes at BYU and another 3-of-4 field goals against Gonzaga ... two Gonzaga field goals were three pointers and gave her a season-high nine points ... also added four rebounds, two assists and two steals ... provided a spark off the bench against WSU when she hit 1-of-2 field goals, 2-of-2 free throws and had a career-best five steals ... hit a three pointer and had two rebounds in UW's upset at Stanford ... played in both WNIT games ... was 2-of-4 from the field with a three pointer and three rebounds and two steals at New Mexico ... tallied 25 assists and pulled down 46 rebounds for the year ... co-winner, along with LeAnn Sheets, of team Most Improved Award.
FRESHMAN YEAR (1997-98) - Played in 23 games and started five ... earned her first start of the year, at point guard, against Oregon (Jan. 15) ... had two points, three rebounds, three assists, five turnovers and one steal in that game ... had nine boards versus Oregon State (Jan. 17), second-highest in the game behind Amber Hall's 11 ...... came to Washington on a track scholarship, walked-on to the basketball team and eventually earned a scholarship ... early spark for the Huskies at Washington State (Jan. 3) where she played just seven minutes but was 3-of-4 form the field with three rebounds ... appeared in the Huskies' NCAA Tournament first round game at Purdue ... had season-high of eight points, in the second game of the year versus Kansas and againat Arizona State ... her 32 steals was fourth-best on the team ... had three steals in a four different games ... five assists against Loyola Marymount in the first round of the Seattle Times Classic.

Four-year letterwinner in basketball, track and volleyball ... attended Klickitat High School for grades 8-10 and Goldendale for 11-12 ... played for coach Brian Wanless and as a senior helped lead her team to a 25-3 record and the league title ... finished second at the Class A state tournament ... averaged 15.6 points, 4.4 steals and assists and 5.1 rebounds ... Valley A West League MVP ... named to state A all-tournament team ... three-year Yakima Valley All-Star ... Yakima Valley all-time leading scorer with 1,955 points ... two-year BCI All-Tournament ... best game as a senior came against Dayton (22 points, 10 boards, eight assists and seven steals) ... as a junior team won district and league championships and finished with a record of 20-6 and an appearance in the state tournament ... averaged 11.0 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 3.8 steals per game ... earned all-league ... as a sophomore for coach Kirk Huwe, team won the league and district titles and advanced to state ... final record was 25-3 ... averaged 26 points ... named to state all-tournament second team ... averaged 17 points in ninth grade as team won league ... on the track, four-year state champion in the triple jump (two years in class B and two years in class A) ... as a senior, broke her own state record when she won the triple jump ... finished second in the long jump and 300 hurdles as team finished third in the state ... as a junior, set a state record in winning the triple jump ... finished third in the 300 hurdles, fifth in the long jump and sixth in the javelin ... holds a heptathlon personal best of 4,599 points which ranks as the ninth best mark in U.S. high school standings ... won the long jump, triple jump and 300 hurdles her freshman and sophomore years and was named state B Track and Field Athlete of the Year both times ... set a national age group record in the TAC Junior Olympic National Track and Field Pentathlon ... in volleyball, four-year all-league honoree as she helped lead team to the league championship each year.
