Unleashed: Captains Bonded Through Recoveries
Abdul Gaddy and Kristi Kingma, UW's men's and women's basketball senior captains, share more than the experience of grinding through ACL rehabilitation. They have the same circle of dedicated trainers to thank.
Rose Baker has been a full-time strength and conditioning coach with the University of Washington since 2004. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she double majored in fitness and sports management with a concentration in strength and conditioning. She currently oversees the strength and conditioning programs for women's soccer, women's basketball and men's and women's tennis.
