Huskies Break Through 31-Year Fog To Win
Washington claimed the team championship at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational for the first time ever and SooBin Kim set a tournament record by shooting 11 under to claim medalist honors.

Monica (Szu-Hsuan) Huang...hometown of Qualicum Beach, B.C., Canada...originally from Taiwan...ranked #25 in the Canadian Girls Juniors' Order of Merit...placed eighth at the B.C. Juniors Girls Championship...was the Junior Girls Champion at the BC Zone 6 Spring tour...won the 2010 CN Future Links Pacific Championship with a 2-under par 211, beating out fellow classmate Jennifer Yang, who was second, current Husky A Ram Choi, who was third, and Soo Bin Kim, who finished sixth... 2006 Hong Kong Ladies Open Amateur and Mid Amateur Open Golf Championships as well as the Vancouver Island Junior Girls Championship in 2007 & 2008.
