So much is happening with the GymDawgs right now, it is hard to know where to start!
We bused down to Oregon last weekend for a meet at OSU. We had some ups and down in the competition and know we have so much more potential than we showed.
Last week we also took our final exams so this week we are taking our well-deserved spring break from classes. This time lets us rest up, as well as devote all of our energy to gymnastics. We have been trying new things in the gym to up the mental toughness on beam.
The whole team is training hard for our meet at Seattle Pacific University this Friday. It is hard to believe that this is our last regular meet of the season! It is nice that we get to have our last meet at SPU where our friends, families and fans can come support us. It also gives us a break from traveling.
For me, as well as the rest of the seniors, this is our last duel meet EVER! We seniors are starting to realize that this will all be over for us soon, but I know we all want to make the most of the rest of the season.
