Parents are Maria Ahlquist and Loren Dols ... has a younger sister, Kristina ... the 2003 state cross country champion ... finished in top-four at state three times, including third in 2002 and fourth in 2004 ... was 18th at state as a freshman ... won three state track titles in 2005, including the 400m (48.8), 1600m (4:26) and 4x400m relay ... took second at state in the mile in 2004, and third in 2003 ... a four-time district MVP honoree, twice each for cross country and track ... was twice nominated for North Central Washington Athlete of the year honors ... led Chelan to four-straight top-10 state cross country finishes, including a high of third in 2003 ... also led school to two district championships and a league championship ... plans to major in chemistry.
