Mackenzie In Position For Strong Finish At Avnet LPGA Classic

MOBILE, Ala. - Former UW All-American Paige Mackenzie shot a 1-under 71 in Saturday's third round of the Avnet LPGA Classic and is seventh on the leader board.
She is -4 overall and is tied with four other golfers. The leaders Lexi Thompson and Song-Hee Kim are at -7.
Mackenzie's round consisted of three birdies, two bogeys and 13 pars. She will tee off at 8:44 a.m. PT for Sunday's final round.
The previous season-high for Mackezie was 12th and her career-best finish was third.
