Husky Track Piles Up Academic Awards

WOODLAND, Calif. - A total of nineteen Husky track and field athletes were honored today by the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation for their academic achievements during the 2010 indoor season. NCAA indoor pole vault champion Scott Roth and NCAA mile runner-up Katie Follett were among those recognized by the MPSF.
To be eligible for selection, athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average above a 3.0, have participated in at least half of a team's competition for the season, and be at least in their second year at their current institution.
