Follow The Diamond Dawgs This Summer

June 16, 2004
University of Washington baseball players will take their games around the country this summer, playing in a number of difference collegiate summer leagues.
Following is a list of where each returning Husky baseballer will play this summer. Many of these teams and leagues have fairly informative web sites. The New England Collegiate Baseball League, for instance, has radio broadcasts of many of its games on the internet. See the links to the league sites (which, in turn, generally contain links to team sites) listed below the list of players.
Additionally, sophomore-to-be Tim Lincecum will attend the USA Baseball National Team trials later this month. Should he not make that team, he would play summer ball for the Newport Gulls in the New England Collegiate Baseball League.
The following list does not include players that have already signed professional contracts, nor does it list graduated seniors or those who are not playing summer ball this year. The year listed indicates year of eligibility for the 2005 season.
