UW Women Make Second Trip to Stanford

COMING UP: The Washington women will take their second trip to Stanford of the season April 15 for the Peg Bernard California Collegiate. The annual event will be held on the par-72, 6,154-yd. Stanford Golf Course. The teams will meet on Saturday, April 15th for the first 18 holes followed by a final round of 18 holes the next day beginning at 8:30 a.m.
THE FIELD: Washington will face off against the following teams:No. 24 California, No. 21 UCLA, No. 113 Long Beach State, No. 25 Oregon, No.41 Oregon State, No. 64 San Diego State, No. 124 Santa Clara, No. 71 San Francisco, No. 3 USC, No. 7 Stanford, No. 26 Washington, No.50 Washington State. All rankings are based on the April 12 Sagarin Golf Rankings.
LAST TIME: The Washington women's golf team struggled in the final day of competition of the Arizona State Invitational. The Huskies combined for a third-round total of 317, which knocked them down from eighth to a 14th place finish. Arizona took the tournament title with a three-day total of 872. Arizona's Jenna Daniels fired a final round of 68 to claim the individual title at 207. For the Huskies, junior Elisha Au had the lowest score with a 226.
