Women's Golf MakesWest Regional

The Washington women's golf team received an invitation to the West Regional Championships, May 7-9 at Stanford. Two regional tournaments, encompassing five districts, will be conducted to determine the NCAA Championship field. Regional tournaments are considered preliminary rounds of NCAA Championships competition. The championships will be held May 20-23 at University Ridge Golf Course in Madison, Wisc.
The Husky women are coming off a fifth place finish at the Pac-10 Championships last weekend.
