Husky Fan Advisory Council Application
University of Washington Athletics is now accepting applications to join the Husky Fan Advisory Council. Launched in 2016, the council provides feedback and insights on game day experience topics for all UW athletic events and other selected topics.
"Huskies fans are some of the most passionate in the country," Cohen said. "From The Wave, to Captain Husky and many between, the majority of our most-prized game day traditions and ideas past and present have been generated from inside of our fanbase, and the game day experience truly belongs to fans. This council will serve as a mechanism to ensure that the decisions being made around the day-of-game experience are done so with a tremendous amount of feedback and data gathered."
The Huskies Fan Advisory Council meets monthly through July-December and bi-monthly from January-June. Council members commit to a two-year term with an option to serve for a third year.
Applications for the council are open now until June 16, 2019, with the first council meeting of the 2019-20 season slated for July.
