Competed on all-around for the first time in her career at Nebraska.
Earned a score of 9.875 on bars at Arizona.
Had a score of 9.850 on bars against UCLA.
Earned a 9.800 on vault and a 9.850 on bars at the Perfect 10 Challenge.
Put up a score of 9.875 on bars at Cal.
Earned a 9.825 on vault and a 9.875 on bars at Boise State.
Set a new career high on floor with her 9.850 against Sacramento State and Iowa.
Matched her season high on bars vs. Sacramento State and Iowa with a 9.875.
Won the all-around title against Southern Utah, helped along by a 9.850 on floor.

Started Elevate the Stage with a score of 9.825 on vault.
Against Cal, had scores over 9.800 on both her events, vault and bars.

Also had a score of 9.800 on vault at the Metroplex Challenge.
Set a new career high on bars at Utah, winning the event with a score of 9.900.
Matched her career-high score of 9.900 on bars one week later, winning the event against Oregon State.
Had a score of 9.875 on bars at Arizona State.
Put up a score of 9.850 on bars against Stanford.
Set a new career high on bars and won the event title with her score of 9.925 at Southern Utah.
Broke her career high and won another event title on bars against UC Davis/Seattle Pacific with a score of 9.950.

Competed on the bars, vault, and beam in her first collegiate meet, at the OSU Quad meet.
Scored a career-high 9.8 on bars against Cal/SJSU, also scored a 9.8 on vault.

Competed at Stanford on vault and bars.
Scored a career-high 9.875 on vault against Kentucky/Illinois/NIU.

Competed in the vault for the Huskies at the NCAA Championships.

2016 (Freshman)

		PREVIOUS COMPETITION
Qualified for the Junior Olympic Nationals three times, taking third in 2014. Won the bars competition at the 2015 Region 3 Championships. Finished in the top three in bars, floor, and all-around at the 2015 Texas Championships.

Monica is an Irving, Texas native and competed at Top Flight Gymnastics in Southlake, Texas. She is the daughter of Julie and Brian Riley and attends MacArthur High School. During her high school career, Monica was named an AP Scholar, a three-time Salutatorian, and the Freshman Female of the Year, as well as being part of the National Honor Society.
