March 18, 2026 | Gymnastics
SEATTLE – Seniors Lilly Tubbs and Emma Schrady were recognized by the Big Ten, the conference announced Wednesday.
Tubbs earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors, continuing her consistent contributions to the GymDawgs lineup. Competing beam for the first time in her collegiate career this season, she made an immediate impact. On Senior Night against Sacramento State, she posted a 9.925, and followed with a 9.900 in the most recent meet. Her performances helped Washington record its highest beam score since 2020 with a 49.525 — just the second time in program history reaching that mark. Tubbs has also been a standout on bars, earning four scores of 9.900 or higher this season, including a season-high 9.925 at the Big 4 meet. She owns career highs of 9.875 on vault, 9.950 on bars, and 9.925 on beam.
Schrady was named an All-Big Ten Sportsmanship Award honoree. After beginning the season while dealing with an injury, she embraced a leadership role off the competition floor, providing steady support and guidance to her teammates. Serving as a team manager, Schrady has played a key role in supporting practices, coordinating equipment, and fostering a positive, team-first environment. In her career, she recorded a career-high of 9.750 on vault. Her resilience and commitment have made her an invaluable presence within the GymDawgs program, embodying the true spirit of sportsmanship.
