
Huskies Move Up One Spot During Big Ten Championship Second Round

BALTIMORE – An up and down day during round two of the Big Ten Championships allowed the Washington men's golf team to move up one spot on the leaderboard on Saturday, finishing the round at nine-over as a team to move into 16th.
Finn Koelle and Jack Murphy matched for UW's top round of the day, each tallying one-over 71s. Koelle will enter the final round tied for 32nd, while Murphy will sit tied for 43rd.
Drew Warford posted a trio of birdies on the day, but also carded three bogeys and a double, ending his round at two-over, tied for 63rd.
Brock Maulding and Jake Foley rounded out the Husky lineup, posting a 75 and 80, respectively, to come in at tied for 81st and 85th.
The Huskies will be paired with Penn State and Iowa for the final round, teeing off from hole 10 beginning at 6:40 a.m. PT.
