FORT WORTH, Texas — Mary McDonough concluded her sophomore season with a 38.275 all-around score at the NCAA Championships on Thursday afternoon at Dickies Arena.

Competing as an individual qualifier, McDonough marked the second consecutive year Washington has sent an all-arounder to the national meet.
She began the competition on balance beam, scoring a 9.600. After a 9.025 on floor, she delivered a stuck landing on vault for a 9.8125. McDonough wrapped up her NCAA Championships debut with her highest score of the day — a 9.8375 on bars.
