Koenig, Gagnon Win In Straight Sets, Huskies Pick Up Three Singles Wins Saturday

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The Huskies concluded the second day of action at the Torero Tennis Classic Saturday afternoon with three Dawgs picking up singles wins.
Pepperdine and Utah pairs got the best of the doubles Dawgs Saturday morning but singles came easier as McKenna Koenig, Carina Syrtveit, and Catherine Gagnon each improved to 2-0 in singles play this weekend.
Washington will compete Sunday in the final day of the Torero Tennis Classic.
