
Big Ten Sets Times, TV Designations For UW Menโs Basketball

CHICAGO โ The Big Ten Conference announced the television schedule for the 2024-25 men's basketball schedule on Wednesday, completing Washington's schedule for the upcoming season.

The Huskies will kick off the Danny Sprinkle era in an exhibition matchup with Western Oregon in Seattle on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. PT, streaming on B1G+. The Huskies will then make their Big Ten Network debut in the regular season opener, set for Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. in Seattle against UC Davis.

After hitting the road for a matchup with Nevada on Nov. 9, time and TV or streaming channel as yet to be determined, Washington will return home for back-to-back home games airing on B1G+ against UMass Lowell (Nov. 17, 7:30 p.m.) and Alcorn State (Nov. 22 7 p.m.).

The Huskies will head south to Palm Springs, California, for the Acrisure Invitational. The Dawgs will play Colorado State on Nov. 28 at 3:30 p.m., facing off against either TCU or Santa Clara the following day. The Acrisure Invitational will air on TruTV and will stream live on Max.

UW briefly begins Big Ten play Dec. 3 and 7, visiting Pauley Pavilion to battle UCLA at 7:30 p.m. on FS1 before returning home to take on USC at 3 p.m. on the Big Ten Network. The matchup with the Trojans kicks off a seven-game homestand.

Washington resumes non-con action on the Big Ten Network against in-state foe Eastern Washington at 8 p.m. on Dec. 10 before taking on rival Washington State on FS1 on Dec. 18 at 8 p.m. A third and final in-state battle, this time against Emerald City Seattle U on Dec. 23 at 7 p.m., will air on the Big Ten Network.

After the Christmas break, UW finishes off its non-conference schedule on Dec. 29 at noon, streaming on Peacock. The Huskies will then return to Big Ten play with the first of six-straight games on the Big Ten Network, welcoming Maryland to Alaska Airlines Arena on Jan. 2 at 6:30 p.m.

After wrapping up the homestand against Illinois at 1 p.m. on Jan. 5, the Huskies will hit the road to face Michigan State at 5 p.m. on Jan. 9 in East Lansing and Michigan at 11 a.m. in Ann Arbor on Jan. 12. Washington returns home on Jan. 15, welcoming Purdue to Seattle for a 6:30 p.m. tip. UW heads south for Eugene on Jan. 21, facing off against Oregon at 8 p.m., also on the Big Ten Network.

UCLA and Washington will face off in a rematch at Alaska Airlines Arena on Jan. 24 at 8 p.m., airing on FS1. The next six games for the Huskies will all be available on the Big Ten Network, beginning with a Feb. 1 meeting at Minnesota at 9 a.m.

The Huskies return to Seattle for a pair of home games on Feb. 5 and 8, hosting Nebraska and Northwestern, respectively. Both games will tip at 7:30 p.m.

Washington will play back-to-back road games on the Big Ten Network, facing Ohio State in Columbus on Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m. and Penn State in University Park at 11 a.m. The Dawgs will return to Hec Edmundson Pavilion on Feb. 19 for a 7:30 p.m. tilt with Rutgers.
