Henson and Wilcock Earn Bid to Pairs National Championship

LOS ANGELES-- The Husky Beach Volleyball team wrapped up their trip to southern California for the West Coast Championships. Every pair in the Silver and Gold Pools earned a win during Sunday's slate of action.
During this weekend's tournament, the Huskies flourished, with multiple pairs advancing to the playoffs, highlighted by Zoey Henson and Lauren Wilcock's deep run into the quarterfinals. The playoff push helped them earn a bid to the Pairs National Championship in two weeks. The American Volleyball Coaches Association is hosting a fall national championship event. The women's tournament will consist of 64 pairs selected from college beach teams across the country, ranging from Division I, Division II, and NAIA.
