Washington Softball Announces 2023 Schedule

SEATTLE – Washington softball head coach Heather Tarr has announced the Huskies' 2023 schedule. The schedule features 13 games at Husky Softball Stadium.
Conference game times, TV broadcast schedule and ticket information will be released at a later date.
The campaign will begin in Irvine, Calif. at the Mark Campbell Invitational. Washington will open with Duke on Thursday, Feb. 9 before a Friday doubleheader with San Jose State and Liberty.
The marquee game of the invitational will come on Saturday night as the Huskies face the defending National Champions, Oklahoma. The tournament will round out with Loyola Marymount on Feb. 12 in Los Angeles.
Washington hits the road for the second straight week at the Houston Tournament from Feb. 17-19. The Huskies will stay an extra day down South to face McNeese State on Feb. 20 in Lake Charles, La.
The Huskies will make their yearly trip down to the desert for the Mary Nutter Classic. At the tournament they will face Bethune Cookman (Feb. 23), Kentucky (Feb. 23), Long Beach State (Feb. 24), UC San Diego (Feb. 24) and San Diego State (Feb. 25).
Washington will close out the nonconference tournament schedule at the Grand Canyon Classic, Feb 23-25 in Phoenix. In Arizona the Huskies will see, Michigan State, Boise State, New Mexico, UNLV and Grand Canyon.
Pac-12 play begins when Washington hosts Oregon March 10-12 at Husky Softball Stadium. The remaining conference homestands will include Arizona (March 24-26), California (April 6-8) and Utah (April 21-23).
In addition, the Huskies will host Utah Valley on April 30 for a nonconference matchup with the Wolverines.
On the road, Washington will head to UCLA (March 17-19), Arizona State (March 31-April 2), Oregon State (April 14-16) and Stanford (May 5-7).
The inaugural Pac-12 softball tournament will be held May 10-13 at Hillenbrand Stadium in Tucson, hosted by Arizona.
