Washington, Tennessee Schedule Home-And-Home For 2029 & 2030

SEATTLE – The University of Washington football program has announced a future home-and-home series with the University of Tennessee, slated for 2029 & 2030. The teams will first meet in Knoxville on Sept. 1, 2029 before playing in Husky Stadium on Sept. 7, 2030.
"This home-and-home has been in the works for several months and it's exciting to get it to the finish line so we can share with both fan bases," said Jennifer Cohen, UW Director of Athletics. "Anytime two storied programs with unique gameday traditions can come together to agree to play in a series like this is a huge opportunity for the student-athletes that will be competing and the communities as a whole. A big thanks to Danny White and his team at Tennessee for the collaboration to make this happen."
This series will be the first-ever meeting for the two programs. UW and UT provide two of the most iconic football stadiums and gameday experiences in college football as both allow fans to arrive via boat.
