Seven GymDawgs Named To Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll

SAN FRANCISCO - The Washington GymDawgs had seven members earn Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll for their work in the classroom. Morgan Bowles, Brenna Brooks, Talia Brovedani, Amara Cunningham, Meaghan Ruttan, Allie Smith, and Isa Weiss all earned Academic Honor Roll.
Washington has had at least seven year-end academic honors from the Pac-12 for four consecutive years now. The GymDawgs have earned at least five academic honors for seven straight years, dating back to 2014.
Brooks, Brovedani, Cunningham, and Ruttan all earned their second career Academic Honor Roll awards. This is the first Academic Honor Roll award for Bowles, Ruttan, Smith, and Weiss.
Washington has now had multiple year-end academic honors in every year since 2001. Since the Pac-12 instituted academic awards for gymnastics, the GymDawgs have earned multiple awards in all but seven seasons. Washington has had at least one academic honoree in 26 of 30 years, dating back to 1991.
