
Huskies Add Tight End Jack Yary For 2020-21

Jack Yary, from Murrieta, Calif., has signed an aid agreement to join the University of Washington football program for the coming school year, head coach Jimmy Lake announced today.
Yary, a tight end, attended Murrieta Valley High, where he caught 42 passes for 621 yards and 12 touchdowns last fall, when his team reached the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division 2 playoffs. He was a Riverside Press-Enterprise second-team all-area selection and was named to the Tacoma News Tribune's Western 100.
Yary's father, Ron, is a member of both the Pro and College Football Halls of Fame. The first overall NFL Draft pick of 1968, Ron won the Outland Trophy at USC and went on to earn All-Pro six times.
