CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Washington GymDawgs fought hard but couldn't quite break into the top two of the Corvallis Regional, ending their season with a 195.900. Four GymDawgs earned scores of 9.850 on floor.

Washington narrowly missed advancing to the Regional Finals. The GymDawgs had made two consecutive NCAA Nationals trips and finish this season ranked in the nation's top 20 once again.

"Each year is so different with its own successes and challenges. Though we didn't end up where we wanted to, I coached an amazing group of young women this season," said Elise Ray-Statz. "They rose to every challenge, upheld a culture I'm proud of, and aimed to get better every day. We will celebrate the many victories this season, the many career highs, and the upgraded routines we competed. After some much deserved rest for our women, we will get back to work and keep bettering our program."

In total, the GymDawgs recorded seven scores of 9.850. Geneva Thompson had two of those, on vault and floor. Malory Rose, Madison Copiak, Amara Cunningham, Maya Washington, and Kristyn Hoffa all earned scores of 9.850 as well.

		VAULT
Thompson's score of 9.850 gives her four scores of 9.850 or higher on vault this year. Copiak earned a score of 9.800, her fifth 9.800 or higher in the last six meets.

		BARS
Michaela Nelson and Thompson had Washington's top scores, each earning 9.775.

		BEAM
Rose and Copiak tied for the highest GymDawg score on beam with scores of 9.850. Washington also earned a 9.800.

		FLOOR
After a career high at Pac-12s, Cunningham earned a 9.850 this week. Thompson had the second-highest floor score of her career with a 9.850. For the fifth straight week, Washington earned a 9.850 or higher, hitting 9.850 on the dot. Hoffa also earned a 9.850. Nelson earned a season high with a score of 9.825.
