Wong Falls in Qualifying Finals

TULSA, Okla. --- Washington junior Vanessa Wong's run at the ITA All-American Championships came to an end on Tuesday, as she lost her match in the finals of the qualifying round. Wong suffered a tough 6-2, 6-4 decision to Anastasia Smirnova of Rice. Wong had earned a victory on Monday, beating Safiya Carrington of LSU in a three-set match in the semifinals.
