
Three Huskies Named To Pac-12 All-Academic Teams

SAN FRANCISCO – The Pac-12 announced their All-Academic teams today, with three student-athletes from the University of Washington women's tennis team selected.
Senior Sophia Bott and sophomore Miki Kobayashi were selected to the second team, with senior Elianne Douglas-Miron earning honorable mention.
This is the first Pac-12 academic honor for both Bott and Kobayashi as Bott holds a 3.38 grade-point average in communications and Kobayashi owns a 3.46 GPA as a pre-major. After earning the same honor last season, Douglas-Miron was selected as an honorable mention with a 3.24 GPA as a history major.
In order to be eligible for selection to the Pac-12 All-Academic teams, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and compete in at least half of the team's matches.
