What is your favorite part about being a Husky?
Being able to put on the Purple and Gold is an indescribable feeling. I've been blessed with the opportunity to compete for a national championship with the greatest group of girls and coaches while wearing the name of the best university in the world across my chest.
What is one random fact that people wouldn't know about you?
I have a cat, Chester, that I am allergic to.
What is the best part about playing for Coach Tarr?
Coach Tarr pushes you to be the best you can be, whether that's in the classroom or on the softball field.
Why did you choose the number you wear?
I used to wear number 22 because it was my dad's number. When I joined a new team the year I moved up to 14U, number 22 wasn't available so I chose to wear number 11 because that's the number Ashley Charters, my favorite player, wore while playing at UW!
What is your most embarrassing softball moment?
I showed up to a tournament wearing the wrong uniform combination that my team had picked out the day before, oops!

Brittany in her own words:
Coming from a town that's located right on the beach in Southern California, I would say that I'm a pretty relaxed and easygoing person. With that being said, I am also very competitive and I work hard for what I want. I am one of the most organized people you will ever meet. I use two planners (one for school and one for softball) and I color coordinate both of them based on what I need to do and where I need to be at specific times. I have a Siberian Husky named Harry who I absolutely adore and a cat named Chester who is my best frenemy. I am always up for some good Mexican food, which is something I greatly miss up here in Seattle. My faith is very important to me and I enjoy going to church with my teammates when we're free on Sundays. I've grown up a Seattle sports fan so you'll always catch me rooting for my Hawks and my Mariners! I love to travel, but I've never been out of the country. Hopefully that will change in the next couple of years! I love spending my free time at the beach reading a good book and jamming out to my country playlist on Spotify. Family means everything to me and I truly wouldn't be here without their endless love and support. Thank you so much Mom, Dad, and Ashley for all that you do! I'm truly living my childhood dream, GO DAWGS!
