COACHES ON ROACH: "Rita owns the outfield and has great range and the ability to impact a game by forcing runners to hold due to her strong arm. At the plate, she's a crucial aspect of our lineup and will help set the table for the big bats behind her. For Rita, it's not about a batting average, but rather on-base percentage and her ability to limit her strikeout to walk ratio, thus creating offensive opportunities for the team as a whole."
