AT WASHINGTON:
2009 (Sophomore) - Did not appear in any game action during the season.
2008 (Freshman) - Came off the bench in seven matches...made collegiate debut in season opener versus Fairleigh Dickinson (Aug. 29)...saw minutes in 4-0 shutout at Furman (Sept. 7).
CLUB/HIGH SCHOOL:
2008 graduate of Woodinville High School...four-year letterwinner and two-year team captain...2007-08 Woodinville HS Male Athlete of the Year...tabbed to 2008 Seattle Times and Seattle P.I. all-state teams as senior...three-time first-team All-KingCo selection...team MVP as a junior...played club soccer for Cascade Avalanche, Evergreen Soccer Academy and Emerald City FC...led team to runner-up finish at 2006 Washington State Cup...participated in the Nomads Tournament (San Diego, 06-07) and Score at the Shore (North Carolina, 2007 and Florida, 2006)...one-year letterwinner in wrestling...was the 2005 district wrestling champion...also competes in freestyle skiing...placed 10th at the Vermont Open and 10th at the U.S. Freeskiing Open.
PERSONAL:
Kohl Solomon Schoening...parents are Klev and Becky...has a younger sister...many of his family members attended Washington including his father and two grandfathers...hobbies include skiing and photography.
