AT WASHINGTON:
2009 (Senior) - Earned honorable mention All-Pac-10 honors... One of just four Huskies to start all 18 matches... Fifth on the team with five points, which established a career high... Scored two goals, also a career best, and added an assist... Second on the team with 37 shot attempts... First goal of the season came in UW's 2-1 loss to Saint Louis in the Nike Portland Invitational... Scored his second goal on Senior Day in the Huskies' 3-2 loss to Oregon State... Had an assist in UW's 2-0 win at No. 5 California... Had a season-high five shots in the season-opening 1-0 win at Seattle.
2008 (Junior) - All-Pac-10 honorable mention selection for second-straight season...played in 17 matches, starting 16...tallied one goal, one assist and nine shots...scored first career goal versus California (Oct. 5)...assisted a score and tallied a season-high three shots in 2-1 win over Gonzaga (Sept. 28).
2007 (Sophomore) - Played in 20 matches, starting 16...named to All-Pac-10 honorable mention team and was tabbed UW's Most Improved Player...finished seventh on the squad in shots, taking 13 (four on goal)...assisted the eventual game-winning goal by George John in 2-0 upset of No. 3 SMU (Sept. 26)...took two shots in each of the NCAA Tournament matches versus Portland and UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 28).
2006 (Freshman) - Came off the bench in nine games including UW's NCAA second round game at Santa Clara (Nov. 15)...helped contribute to shutouts over Northern Illinois (Sept. 15) and San Diego State (Oct. 20).
CLUB/HIGH SCHOOL:
2006 graduate of Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Ariz....two-year letterwinner in soccer...all-region selection as a sophomore...all-region honorable mention selection as a freshman...led squad to league and regional titles both seasons...focused on playing club soccer during last two years of high school...12-year member and seven-year captain of Sereno `88 White club team...squad was ranked No. 2 in the nation by GotSoccer (March 13, 2006)...helped lead Sereno to eight Arizona state titles...team was also four-time Region IV finalists and three-time Region IV quarterfinalists...played soccer in Holland during the summer of 2001.

Casey Ryan Cunningham...born in Shreveport, La....parents are John and Nancy Cunningham...father is an airline pilot...twin brother Jamie plays soccer at Fort Lewis College...also has an older brother Cody...both parents were collegiate athletes at the University of Missouri...father played football (1976-78) and mother played tennis (1974).
