Expected to be a strong contender for UW's top-seven ... ran in the top-seven for the Huskies at Pac-10's and Regionals last year ... finished 32nd overall at the 2007 Pac-10 Cross Country Championships.
2007-08: Came on strong at season's end, running a career-best 21:19 at the Pac-10 Championships, 32nd overall and sixth among Huskies ... seventh on the team (79th overall) at West Regionals in 21:58 ... placed 15th at Mike Hodges, third on the team ... also ran in the top-seven at the Sundodger, finishing 15th overall in 21:47 ... received Coaches' Award at year's end for leadership and major improvements ... selected to Pac-10 All-Academic second team ... only competed once during track season.
2006-07: Did not compete during cross country season or indoor track season ... ran full outdoor track season, competing in 1500m, 3000m, and 5000m ... placed 22nd at Pac-10 Championships in the 5000m, clocking in at 17:54.92 ... season-best 3000m time of 10:10.26 set at the UW Outdoor Preview.
2005-06: Redshirted the 2005-06 cross country and track seasons with a foot injury.
